this top thoooo 💋🍸🎀 bought at a vintage shop years ago, it’s stunning. I wore it once and people complimented me alllllll day. No padding inside! As you can see in pics, my waist is about 25” and it doesn’t quite hug my waist. Obviously that could be altered to fit you, but wanted to be clear.
