Y2k Charlotte Russe Floral Tie top

Brown and Blue tropical florals, Short semi ruffled sleeves with a V-neck and High Waist. There are two strings to make it more fitted, however they dont work so well as to call the top "adjustable" in size. No size listed on tag, but fits me as an x-small. I believe this top dates to around 2005.
