Y2k Slinky Ruched Front Midi Skirt Orange Luster M Emory Park

Y2k era creamsicle orange midi skirt with drawstring ruching front detail. The material is slinky and lustrous with a sheen that almost shimmers. The drawstring cords are very long and I'm not sure how you're supposed to style them but I tied them a few different ways in photos. It's definitely supposed to be a skirt, not a dress because the slit in the back is too high for it to be worn as a dress.
