Y2k Stretchy Pencil Skirt! Details: black stretchy bodycon/tight fitting pencil skirt with a small slit in the back. This is super stretchy & is meant to fit very tight & has a waistband that provides a bit of tummy control as it’s tight & a bit of a high waist fit. The skirt could use a dry clean for the top wrinkles, but that is not an imperfection.
