late 90s/early 00s Sun River skirt with zipper and button closure in back. fully lined. hem on lining is pretty jagged but hem on outer layer is normal, no other flaws. measurements: waist - 27” hips - 35” length - 18” (model waist/hips/height - 30.5”x35.5”x5’9, fits pretty snug but not unwearable)
