Y2k brocade A-line cocktail dress

Used size 11 A-line dress. Brocade pattern. Good condition. Zipper closure in back. Minimal boning in chest only. Fabric has a VERY SMALL amount of stretch, except band at waist does not stretch at all. See pics for, measurements, material, and care. One of the hanger straps is hanging on by a thread.
