Y2k it and flare floral dress

White and navy fit and flare dress with green and white flowers. Size 11, City Triangles brand. Used, good condition. Chest has sewn in bra pads. Fabric has no stretch. Zipper closure in back. See pics for laying flat measurements, material, and care. The shoulder straps and underarm area have a faint yellow discoloration. It was hard to pick up this in the pictures until I held the strap up against the skirt (see last 2 pics). Despite what care tag says, belt does not come off.
