Very Bratz!! A.Byer was one of the top y2k era brands. Features small lace detail along the bust and top area, has slit on sleeves (fairy style). In great condition. No signs of wear. No Labeled size but fits like a small/medium. Does have stretch. Model wears a size medium in tops for reference.
