White fancy silky boutique blouse NWT never worn hanging in my closet. Silver beaded tassels attached from front of top they swing about like fringe. Ties on side. Pretty. Best fit 34B or smaller bust. 2 buttons on back neckline came off. One extra button in plastic still attached. Very classy. Too small for me.
