Stunning YA Los Angeles flowy dress with pin-up/vintage vibes with its mid open button up back and pleated flowy skirt. I bought this at a little boutique in Destin FL many years ago and was waiting for somewhere really fun to wear it to but by the time that came, it no longer fit me.
