yige polka dot skirt. Zippered back. Adorable white polka dots on black. Pleated at the waist for a swing type style giving it a retro vibe. Made out of 85% fiber and 15% cotton it has a slight almost light coated denim feel. It’s new with tags but the waistband looks like the black has some fading (see last pic and video) although it may just be a material defect. It doesn’t take away from the beauty of it at all.
