YMC dropped hem pleated skirt short sleeve dress

Adorable drop waist dress, with rolled sleeves, pocket detail, and raw edge details. It runs small, size 4 but fits more like a 2, particularly in the shoulders and arms. It’s a red-orange color. Dresses up or down. Love it, just too small on my shoulders to keep.
