Young, Fabulous & Broke gray T-shirt halter top. Black silk tiered ruffle skirt. The gray material has some stretch. Drawstring drop waist just above the black silk skirt allows for a looser or tighter fit. The halter ties in back. Elastic around the top of the back. Pink crystal necklace on black silk can be attached for extra style. There are loops at the top of the dress just under the ties and there are hooks on the necklace. The necklace is 4 rows of pink crystals set in darkened silver circles. There is a tiny hole in the gray material near the tie at the hips. It's 4mm wide. Hardly noticeable. See picture.
