This is an adorable vintage 70’s baby girl dress or top by YOUNG HAWAII Honolulu. No size or fabric tags, but fabric feels like cotton and I’m guesstimating size as maybe 12 months - see measurements. Item slips on over-the-head and has four buttons at back. Cute ruffled flounce detailing at hem. Approximate measurements are 24” at chest, 25” at waist, 32” at hips, 15” in length. Item sold in gently-used condition.
