A unique hybrid 2-in-1 formula, fusing the nourishing care of a balm with the color payoff of a lipstick. If you’re looking for a full coverage, this is not for you. While buildable in pigmentation, it’s a rather sheer formula. Never used but opened once to photograph for this posting.
