YVES Vtg Red Accordion Pleated Tie Button Blouse

Hiya! Here's a red vintage blouse by YVES St. Clair. It features an accordion pleated neck tie that adds that WOW factor & shoulder pads! It's a button up w/ long sleeves that I wear rolled up. I've never actually tied the neck tie because it looks so cool left down. It's a 10 and fits small/medium. For reference the model is a small. It's missing the last button but an easy fix.
