Y.Y Sleeveless Jewel Neck Fit and Flare Dress This is an unusual dress. The embroidery of the palm leaves looks almost feathered and the leaves are lined with sequins. I don't know where this dress was manufactured, but I have only see this particular embroidery once on a skirt from the Philippines. The combination of the mesh, embroidery and raw hem gives it kind of an edgy look.
