Ya Los Angeles Ruffle Dress

NWT Slate blue dress with navy piping and ribbon belt. Ruffle neckline and arm holes, which can be worn on the shoulders or across the arm for 2 different looks. Very forgiving for many figures as the fit is loose and the ribbon tie is what gives it shape. Length from armpit to bottom is almost 27", waist and bust is 42" ,the ribbon makes the waist as small you need, sizing range in listing is because of these measurements. Really comfy, light lining in skirt, and it swirls well!
