Ya Los Angelos Skirt - Small

I absolutely love this adorable skirt, but found it here on Posh in a larger size, so I am selling this one. This is 17” in Length, but the underlining is a good bit shorter (about 13”), and that’s why I wanted it in a bigger size. I added a photo of it turned inside out, so you can see what I mean by this.
