I measured with the side seams square and flat . No size tag. A size Medium is considered being for a 36” - 37” bust in the sizing chart I looked at. My daughter tried the coat on and is a Small to Medium. A size Small would have a more relaxed fit. Length is about 47” from the high point shoulder to the hem In very good preowned condition.
