Yellow Cut-Out Self-Tie Sun Dress

The most amazing bright yellow dress with a little cut out and self-tie bow in the front that I got from Urban Outfitters. I am obsessed with this dress but it doesn’t quite fit right. I’m a size 4 (i think) for reference.
