Yellow leather bag is 6.5" tall x 9" wide. Has exterior zippered pockets on both sides, as well as a small key pocket on outside. It has 2 zippered sections and a zippered pocket in one of the sections. The shoulder strap is adjustable. There are some minor pen marks on one side. Please see the last 2 photos.
