Yellow Polka Dot Lightweight Jacket

This is the cutest spring jacket/raincoat ever! The exterior of the fabric is repellent but can absorb some water. The backing of it however, does not let water pass through. It is a bright yellow color with white polkadots and a mint liner. It has adorable buttons, a built in waist tie and pleats. It’s in excellent condition with no stains or holes. It has fuzzies all over it, but they should all be easily removed with a lint roller (I can’t currently find mine)! Smoke free and pet free home.
