It looks like linen but it's a woven Rayon Cotton blend. Stated size 12, and the measurements make this s medium / large piece. Short sleeves, back metal zipper, sleek seaming, fully lined. It has a tie belt that gave it a popular look of that era (shown) but it's so much sleeker without it, don't you think? No older than 1963.
