Stunning Sherri Hill Couture. Beautiful yellow with intricate Swarovski bodice and off the shoulder straps. Elegant, multi-tiered organza skirt. Should fit a 2-4. When hem was taken up, the fabric was simply detached and reattached higher up the gown skirt (rather than cutting the fabric).
