The entire bodice is smocked and has yellow bullion roses with green leaves placed perfectly across the smocking. Just above the gathers of the waist is a yellow and white embroidered chevron border. Just above that is a gorgeous hand-embroidered garland of more yellow bullion buds with green leaves and vine. Another yellow and white triple Chevron border sits above the garland. The short puff sleeves have a double trim hem, joined together by hand-faggoted stitches (a very high-end detail). A sweet Peter Pan collar has a matching trim that is hand-faggoted also.
