Yellow and Gray peplum blouse

This statement shirt is beautiful. It is from a boutique in London. It's very flattering with a band under the bust and a flared peplum bottom. A unique design. A very cute open back with a tie. It has been worn but is in great condition. Only flaw is some strings coming from the tag. Small fit. Not meant for people with above a C bust I think.
