Yellow floral high/low strapless sundress

This dress is adorable and is strapless with elastic band at top that holds it up. It is cinched at the waist and has cute decorative buttons that run down the front. It is a high/low maxi dress with a ruffled bottom. Size small but I typically wear size medium/large and can wear it comfortably (I am wearing it in photos). Only worn twice, great condition.
