100% cotton midi dress with a yellow and green floral pattern. This was in the women's dresses section when I bought it but I'm assuming it's actually a girl's juniors. It says that it's size 5 but it's pretty tight on me and I'm usually around a 0 or 2.

kreakykray @spaceoddity45 Sorry, it's been a very long day. It looks to be just over 14in across; I uploaded a picture. The area above the ribbon accent is pretty stretchy but the ribbon accent is absolutely not.
