bethpiediscalzo @love5horse size should work just fine (it was taken in on the sides, but can easily be let back out to original size 8 if need be). Not 100% on the length. My daughter is 5’4” and is wearing flats in the pictures. I can measure from the top of the dress to the bottom & let you know what it measures

bethpiediscalzo Come to find out my daughter is 5’5” so she’s only 1” shorter than you. The length would be fine if you’re wearing flats it should be right at the floor. She put 4” heals in & it was a little off the floor, so just depends on if you care about it dragging the ground or not. I measured from the waste to the floor & it is 43”. Waist measures 30.5”. We let the top out to the original size 8. I have some pictures of her in it if you need to see those
