Yellow puff sleeve dress

Super cute puff sleeve dress with tie accents and button down front. Has pockets!! Literally my favorite dress but the chest has no Stretch and no longer fits. No signs of wear, no damage or stains. This dress does not have give so keep that in mind. Fits just like an xl should.
