Would you be able to measure bust and hips for me. I’m thinking for an Easter event at church- would you be able to ship out quickly??

@mitzi4105 I can definitely ship fast but I can’t find my dang tape measure! I will keep looking. The hips are really loose bc it’s a tiered dress but the bust doesn’t have a lot of stretch. I was a size 18/20 when I wore it!
