tuyetvan_1993 @chenger91 hello! The length of the sleeve from cuff to shoulder is around 22 inches. The waist is elastic so it’s measured around 17 inches. The neck and down to the bottom of blouse is 23 inches. The black tank top is included. I am 140 pounds and usually a size medium at forever 21, this blouse is still roomy on me. Please let me know so I can ship out this item soon. Thanks!

tuyetvan_1993 @chenger91 not really! it would actually look better on people under 110 pounds. This blouse is met for skinny people. It’s very light and airy too. I’m voluptuous so it looks tight and not great on me.
