Sheer long sleeve blouse with double ruffle strands on each side of the neck. Looks like there used to be a fish-hook at the chest to close the two sides but it was removed. Longer cuffed sleeves with black metal buttons (one button has a paint chip which is pictured). Blouses like this are perfect for summer because they’re light and breezy but covered- great for the office or breezy summer days. This brand was sold at Anthropologie.
