I love her designs and quality. I noticed you mentioned how it is too long on you but don't want to shorten it. I had a pair of this designer's pants that were wool knit and very long. I washed and dried them and they fit great. I can't say if that would work for this particular item though. It's a pretty one and probably looks even better the depicted. Cheers! -Lorri
