It’s a blue ombré dress that starts with navy and fades into a baby blue at the bottom. The top is very loose and billowy while the sides are roughed all the way down to the tight mini skirt. The lower back has a cut out area that exposes the back. Inside of dress there are a few little fuzzies near the hem.
