Young thread boutique dress-L but fits like a M

New just took off the tags at Christmas! Only wore this once for a few hours one day! Pretty much brand new and looks really cute on! Sleeves aren’t super flexible but if you fit a size medium you should be fine with this and not have and tight spots! If you have questions let me know:)
