kvarda1 hi can you please tell me what the rise measures? and if these are tight on the thighs or more of a loose wide leg? thanks

therelicrescue The rise in front is 8.5" from crochet to top of zipper. The back from crochet to top middle is 11" the thighs are slightly snug on me. So they are not loose or flared like the bottoms.
