A fantastic list of reminders that my therapist gave me years ago and I keep it on my refrigerator and share with all my friends. I couldn't get the title to fit in the covershot but the title is " your personal bill of rights" Basically I needed to hear that I wasnt a failure if I couldnt juggle 100 things at once. I hope that this list finds its way to anyone that needs it.

inik @clever102 Thank you so much for sharing with her! I am so glad that your daughter has U for her support at this trying time. That means the world to her Im sure. I am so grateful for having my mom as my friend, especially during the tough times when U just need a safe shoulder. She sounds like she is making some difficult but great decisions in her life at this time. I truly think that it is fate sometimes when things cross our paths at the just the right time. I will keep her in my prayers!

inik @freepeopleluva hi! You can definately post this. I love this list! I was given the list without any info on who wrote it but I have handed copies out to many friends and I have heard alot of positive feedback from many of them who also made copies and passed it forward. I didnt really do it justice in my display of it on here but im glad people have seen it ❤ thank you!!
