tmoneyyy15 @efinley80 from shoulder to the bottom of the dress is 62 inches. I would say the lining stops about an inch or two before the bottom of the lace. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have other questions.

tmoneyyy15 @brookeshantelle it does have some stretch! Shell: 65% Nylon, 35% Cotton. Contrast: 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex. Lining: 100% Polyester. My measurements align with a large, but the medium fit better for me due to the stretch if that helps.
