Sharp navy blue skirt with built-in adjustable belt and elastic gathering in the back of the waistband for a custom fit. Soft knit material with a very fine horizontal rib. Medium to heavy thickness. Side pockets. Waist measures 15.5 laid flat, stretches to 16.75. Length measures 23-23.5 inches. Very good condition - no flaws, very minor wash wear.
