There's a little tag in one of the pockets saying 55. Will work best for US Sz 45 or L . That's how I will list it. Ask any question before purchase. Great condition. Drycleaned properly. There's a small mark on the left collar, barley noticeable (last photo). All the pictures are from the actual jacket.
