“Yves” sz 22-24 long skirt black/white

This is a full skirt with cut in triangle panels to make it even more full. It is very light material but I could not find a fabric tag. It has never been washed(maybe not even worn) but it does look like it has an added piece of elastic above the ruched smocked wide elastic band at the waist. It is very flowy and would be a great dancing skirt. There’s so much skirt I don’t believe it needs lining or a slip. This could possibly be worn under the pits as a tube top dress. Depending on your height I believe this is meant to show off your ankles so it’s long but not floor length. I think this used to be called a broomstick skirt.
