melzmelz @myvonnem i am 5’5 and 100lbs and am normally a size 25 in jeans. They are loose fitting on me. They are very comfortable. They come to the ankle. I feel like they would look better on someone who is more filled out than me. I have no butt. Lol. Hope this helps. I can also measure the waist across when I get home if you want. The drawstring makes them a little adjustable.
