Hi! This cool Reversible skirt is by ZAND Amsterdam. It has a snap waist that can be adjusted to fit multiple sizes. The waistband is also removable via a zipper in case you want to reverse the pattern so it can be worn one if 4 ways! Pretty neat! 97% cotton, 3% polyester. XL - fits US women's sizes approximately 10-20. Smallest waist size is 30” and it can be worn with larger waist if you don’t snap all the snaps across the waist.
