ZARA Black Crinkled Effect Belted Dress

In good preloved condition. Size XS. Pit to pit is 17in and length is about 46in. My inly issue here is the white marks I found at the bottom while I was taking pictures. Not sure where it came from but the last 2 pics shows when it was dry and the other was when I dabbed it with water. I believe it can be removed but I just haven’t really tried. Other than that, this is really a pretty dress.
