ZARA Black Polka Dot Short-Sleeve V-Neck Collared Romper (w/ skort skirt)

Very cute Zara romper with a faux wrap skirt/skort over front (so it looks like a dress from the front). The hem has been taken out to add some length, but could be easily hemmed up again.
