NWT. Super cute with a turtle neck inside. Straps are adjustable. Cute with heels. Worn once to try on and missed deadline to return. Height: I'm 5'0 almost 5'1 for dress reference of last photo. Used a belt to pull up dress a little. Almost ankle length on me.
