Please see that the size tag is still attached but is coming off on one side. Perfect condition otherwise.
Bust without stretch 15 inches.
Bust with stretch goes to 19 inches.
Length shoulder to hem 17.5 inches.

Why is the material? Is it soft ?

@kmv7f The care tag was cut out and that’s how I received from the seller I bought it from. I’m not sure of the exact fabric type. It’s not super soft like cashmere or anything but it’s not scratchy either.
