60tinkerbell60 @mkwhittenburg Thank you for your interest. This piece is unusual, and doesn't actually have "pits". It is like a cape that doesn't open in the front. It is sewn along the bottom edge, which makes up the sleeve bottom. It has an opening at the center bottom for the waist, which is 44" around. I hope this helps! It's difficult to describe.
